Of the 17 gates bought for over $6000.in a unique order from Menards in Sept of None were appropriate or might be used as obtained. All gates were possibly broken, badly constructed (prehung) by Mastercraft (Mastercraft is just a Menards part) or necessary fix. I'm a house contractor and also have strung countless gates through the years. I'd never purchase or suspend another Menards doorway following this encounter.
Menards reaction to my grievances made things worse. They essentially state that none of the problems were included in guarantee or are their obligation. They develop a solid wall whenever you protest. I intend on appropriate action.
