We recently buy a Mastercraft Exterior Door from Menards that was custom-ordered thru Midwest Production. We obtained the doorway after getting out our door and notice there is a break within the screen about the sidelight. We approached Menards they believed to complete a criticism. We did. Nothing happened. We mounted the doorway with a skilled company and he spot the doorway was distorted on top a. We approached Menards they stated we made it happen in shipping of the doorway. Just how can we twist a doorway in shipping? Therefore we approached Midwest Manuf plus they believed to perform a twist check having a chain - we did. The doorway is distorted 3/16 of an inch on top and base. I've posted the outcomes for them over yesterday. No solution from neither Menards or Midwest. I keep calling them-and no ansswer. We settled $1700.00 to get a completely new doorway and got a distorted door having a break. There's no means we broke it or distorted it. The break is inside of the screen and was covered up in a container. All we would like anyone to do is recognize they delivered us a defective item and substitute it having a new doorway. We can not consider the doorway down since it is my door and was custom-ordered. We require them to-order us a brand new doorway and provide it to us - they are able to possess the previous one back.
