I purchased a treadmill in 2010 w/main agreement. I called repair service 1/19 and the party who answered ordered a part for delivery to my home. Tech 0005125 came to the home 1/20/12to repair appl. It was the wrong part. He ordered addtl parts which were to be here 1/24. I rec'd call on 1/29 saying one part was on back order. I rec'd call 1/30 to report both parts would be delivered that day. Rec'd 2nd call-part on back order. Rec'd later call service call was scheduled. Tech 0005125 polite and knowledgeable. Other parties such as Monique, Cindy and Ofie (TX) were not helpful and were rude. No one seems to have complete and correct information. Please try to inform customer with accuracy.
