On July 2nd, a marble fireplace I had bought from Concepts in Stone, Inc. Did not show up. I had paid in full, was given the shipping information, had numerous follow up calls, had hired a special crane to hoist the fireplace to a 6th floor condo and was ripped off. The phone number is disconnected; they do not respond to email and are not anwering their cell phone.
Help, I want to sue them not only for the price of the fireplace but for the price of the special crane that was reserved in vain!
