We hired contractor Tai Tu, owner of Stone Concepts, to install our kitchen soap stone counter tops, matching bar and a crema marfil bathtub deck, steps with matching double bath vanity top and 2 matching pony wall caps. Also a capuccino marble bathtub deck and matching vanity top with matching niche shelf for shower wall. He has not finished the job contracted for and still has possession of several pieces of our marble slabs that we purchased in full and turned over to him for fabrication. He has not returned several months of phone messages, phone texts, and two trips leaving messages with his crew at his shop, in person. The remaining pieces not yet received are integral parts to the completion of the tile job currently in progress. We're waiting for Mr. Tu's installation (or at least return of said marble so that we may have someone else complete the job). He did not install them earlier in the project, stating that we should tile before he installs the final several pieces of marble. As of January 26 we have had no return of any of our messages left for Mr. Tu for a period of at least 3 months.
