Paid Concepts In Stone $3500 for wrought iron gates thru Paypal on eBay, and never received gates. EBay de-listed Concepts In Stone and would not foward the perps information citing privacy issues. EBay just issued disclaimers, even though they gave these guys a "Square Trade" seal of approval. Now I know keep away from Paypal, its better to use a credit card and Square Trade doesn't stand for anything. I'm glad consumer complaints is available to help warn others about these guys.
