I ordered 12 hardy lavender plants on 4/25/04. They cashed my check on 5/6/04. I hadn't received anything, so I got on the internet and found out their number (the area code on the web site has changed to 269). I called and actually talked to a phone operator. I was told the overwhelming response for these plants caused a backorder situation, and my plants will be shipping next week. They didn't. I received 6 of the 12 plants I ordered, yesterday 7/12/04. I just spoke to a representative at "Spring River Group" and was told both my packages shipped on Friday. I also asked about the money back guarantee, which she could not promise. The ad that I order from guarntees blooms the first year. I will update if I receive my other six plants, and if I have to deal with these people again.
