Ripoff - cashed my check and didn't send the plants I ordered

I have been ripped off by Spring River Nurseries. I ordered 24 plants from them which I paid by check. They cashed my check but never sent the plants. When I call about my order, they have an answering system that sounds professional but I never get to actually talk to anyone and they do not return my calls.
