Company sells liners for kitty litter boxes, which are smaller than most boxes and do not work as advertised. However, they advertise a good return program so it's easy to give them a try.
Cats dig around to cover up their business, so the liner is pulled up through the litter, rendering the liner useless. When you call customer service to get a retun code, they are entirely understanding. They provide a return code and a PO box to return the liners. However, as most people know, the PO box is unmanned and they will allow packages to sit for a month or so before returning it back to the sender. My package came back as unclaimed 28 days later. When I called to ask why my package was refused they told me I sent it to the wrong address. Rather than provide me with the "correct address, " they tell you there is nothing they can do about it and it is too late to accept the return.
Customer service hangs up on you and refuses to transfer your call to a manager. Basically, they make it your fault that they are not refunding your money. Many inconsistencies in their "policy" including that on their website the guarantee a 90 day return policy and when you call they indicate that you only have 30 days. Unless you catch them in their lie, they will insist you only have 30 days. An entirely shady company. I believe they got their name out there from the show Shark Tank. It's just another person trying to make a quick buck by being a lie and a cheat.
