The owner, Mark Harrison, signed a contract with me to re-pave asphalt on my driveway. He removed the old one, promised to pave the new one by 9-20, as per contract, but never came back. I repeatedly called him only to be told that he will surely do it "tomorrow" or "next Monday". Never did.
