Henrys Housework
Is the WORST sevice to choose Internet

Upon calling Henrys Housework, provided someone answers the phone, you will be greeted courteously and asked a series of questions to determine your quote. This is fine. What they don't tell you is that they are going to schedule you two weeks out, which could make any bad roof issue worse. Unless of course you agree to the ridiculous fee of $150 for emergency service, which is applied on top of your quote. With that said, they also dont tell you that you can bee rescheduled over and over again without so much as 24 hrs notice. I was called on the day of my service only to be told that i could not be seen that day and to call the "office" where I was given another date approx. 2 more weeks from then. This process was repeated twice. When someone finally did show up i was what is called, "rebid" because of unforseen damage that could have been prevented had they shown up the first time.

Aside from poor communication skills between the office and the customer, i was astonished to find out that none of the employees sent to my house was a certified roofer. One was clearly with the company for a while and had SOME knowledge of what was going on, while the other was a newbie who had clearly never been on a roof before. I understand that this may be a licence company, but why send someone to a job with no training? They also represent your company. Are any of your employees certified to perform the work you advertise you can do, or is it just you? Making sure all of your employees is individually certified is the only way you can ensure a good job is done. Considering you promote a job well done. Hiring under your umbrella is how you get screwed, into paying for what your employees mess up. Hence you recheck system. Upon discovering that the job I paid top dollar for was not done correctly, i was scheduled for a RECHECK, again scheduled a week out. These are all signs of a bad company. Poor communication, botched quotes, and non certified employees, all of which are probably underpaid, because they possess no certificate of their skills.

So in closing if you choose Henrys Housework you are taking the gamble that a non certified roofer will show up to do something on your roof. Or an untrained power washer to wash your house or concrete, or stain your deck. The choice is yours, good luck. Henrys Housework Sucks! They did not deliver the service that they offer.
