If you are looking for appliance repair, STAY AWAY from L and R Appliance repair in Longwood Florida. Even with a four hour window, they don't show for their appointments and have to reschedule the following week. They never once made an exception to plan a definite appointment. Their employees do a shoddy job and do everything in their power to get in and out as quick as possible, never checking to see if the work is done correctly. The Owner Ruby has zero customer service skills and has even worse business skills. She has no idea where her employees are at any given time, has no sense to call customers when workers are running late, and is incapable of making any ammends. I have NEVER dealt with a worse company in my life. It amazes me how she stays in business. My Home warranty company should be ashamed of using such unskilled labor. This company is a great example of why America is gong down the crapper.
