Worst company ever; they have poor customer service and lack of knowledge on rodent removal. No one seems to know what is going on and there is no communication between the employees. We have dealt with 4 employees, two of which are no longer with the company.
We started with a rat problem roughly 1 yr. 1 mo. Ago and still have rats to this day. We also have a smell that has not been removed by the company as promised. They gave us a two-year guarantee rodent free, and we have yet to see that. After the initial two visits to our home, we practically had to beg them to come to our house another five plus times. At this point, when they come, they want to argue and say the rats are no longer there... Highly unlikely as they wake us up nightly crawling around in our attic.
They will not honor their money back guarantee and will not help us in any way. I had to remove three dead rats myself after they claimed we were rat free and could not do anything more. I suggest you do not waste your time or money with this company because you will end up where you started and with less money.
