This company did not rip me off, they did something even worse. They ripped off my 85 year old neighbors! My neighbors called them about an add to clean their air ducts for 39.95. Before they were through taking advantage of them they owed the company almost $6000.00!
The first guy that came out went directly to their attic. Within minutes he came down and told them they had rats in their attic. This is a 7 year old home in and exclusive neighborhood. That's not to say that they could not have had a rat in their attic.in fact they did, but it was the two legged kind and he worked for Ocean Air Care Inc. Out of Woodland Hills, CA. His solution for this problem was to remove all of their attic insulation (this is a 3800 s/f home) and replace it with new. He could have this done for them for around $4800.00.
Three days later another "rat" from this company showed up with a crew to do the work.
