We set up an account with this company in November after finding them on the internet. We purchased some of their products hoping to sell them for Christmas. We finally received a box with some of the products that we ordered right after Christmas, the order was placed on 11/22. After realizing that we we short a couple of boxes and looking at the Invoice... We noticed that we were billed and had paid for things we did not order or receive. We have since tried to contact this company through phone, e-mail, and finally mail to correct the discrepancies! We have not heard from them after numerous attempts. It seems like they simply do not want to talk to us. We have no problem with the products, the're nice but their service is really bad. Maybe this will get their attention.
