Placed and order on Website for both products and was promised delivery within 3-5 days.
2 Weeks still did not receive products and called the customer service. Was promised that products will be there in a week and my trial was extended by 10 days.
On 25 November still hve not received anything but full charges were put through my credit card.
Tried all the contact number and was disconnected or unavailable.
Have now lodged a dispute with my credit to attempt to re-coup my money.
