After I requested to get a backup of the verification shipping, they declined to deliver me a verification delivery doc and alternatively delivered me another backup of the particular bill. Because this a monopoly, I've no option but to pay for the late charge. I ended the ebill and today they've to deliver me the statement via email, charging them more. Watch out for the corporation. They're unfavorable, unprofessional and rude. Keri Parsons and Christine aren't customer-friendly. Terrible, awful company.
