The shed was full of trash that rats where living in. The toilets had not been cleaned the 3 years she lived there. There where mice droppings all over the home and mainly in the kitchen. She had animals and did not pay a deposit. We had to pull up all the flooring because of the animals. She killed the grass, bushes, walkway in the backyard. I can not believe that she had children living in this. There where leaks she never reported. She stole the porch furniture. I don't think she ever cleaned the bathrooms. The refridgerator was dirty and she had allowed an heb bag to get stuck in the ice maker. The list goes on and on. Homeowners beware.
