Hired two cleaners to clean downstairs of my house. Told them prior to coming I expected living room, kitchen, pantry, and 2 bathrooms done. Should be done in 2.5 hrs with two people right?
WRONG... Half the pantry got WIPED down, two toilets were cleaned, not bathrooms, toilets, both sinks, just the sinks, not the faucets. Oh, but wait, lets give credit to the floor which got mopped... However the floor DIDN'T GET SWEEPED PRIOR!!!
Are you kidding me!!! $100 dollars, I got home and my money was gone and so what would you and I do? Call back, and so I did... The owner of the company HUNG UP ON ME after 20 seconds... Twice... Judge Judy case right???
This is dramatic right? And believe it, I sound like a dramatic women during the time of the month, WRONG AGAIN, 24 year old male, UCSB student.
Please, please, please, spread the word, and hopefully they will lose a lot more business than just you and I.
