This company has taking homes and has stolen payments and not applied them to the homes and they have 1000z of complaints, they have stolen monies and claim they cant find the payments from the previous mortgage company, explaining that they are unable to do loan mod because you have equity in a home that is upside down 298%ltd... This not right and there are over 4000 complaints for this company charging late fee charges that are totally incorrect. This is not fair with this economy this way they are taking advantage of people and it has to stop...
