Well here it goes i live in aliso viejo ca, My mother and father live in garden grove ca. My father has become very ill and has not been able to work and my mother isnt working either so they have no income coming in, so we contacted integrity remodeling & construction co inc. So that they could build a addition so i could move in and make the house payment each month for them.
The remodel was so i could have my room cause there house is very small. Well my contact there was a man named Eyal Giladi i told him the circumstances and he stated to me he would take great care of my parents. We ended up giving him 1,000 dollar deposit for the addition itself. And another 1,000 dollar deposit for engineering plans. I told him from day one we have a deadline of september 1st to get all this done cause that is when my lease was up. We wrote him a check for the addition on april 15th and another check for engineering on april 26th and still no plans have yet been recieved. I called him and told him this was taking to long and that we have found a new contractor he said he understood why we were upset cause it took them so long to get everything done. And that he would gladly refund the 2,000 dollars to my parents.
Now i have recieved a fax from him stating that my parents owe him money now and that he is not going to refund them anything. What we signed wasnt a contract but just a summary of what he was going to do. He ripped us off
