I have been on a roller coaster with Nas Doors since 2009 when I attended a Home Improvement Show and made downpayment of $3,500 on two doors which were to be delivered 16 weeks later.
I was told the doors had arrived at the Port of Miami in October and so I gave the additional payment of $1,500 as the company said it was in financial difficulty and needed to clear the doors. I never heard from Nas Doors after I made that payment.
After numerous telephone calls to Thierry Read (no longer employed there) in a desperate attempt to get my money refunded I have been treated with utter contempt. I have written to the Better Business Bureau with no result and a demand letter to Nas Doors remains unanswered.
What has got me really riled up is the fact that despite the number of persons who have had difficulty with Nas Doors, the company was again at the Miami Home and Improvement Show - the beat goes on. How does one get justice in this town?
