This company claimed to have performed services and replaced parts on our furnace and then refused to provide any receipts when our tenants swore the work had not been done. Their response to us was that if we wanted to know what parts had been replaced, we should go down to the property, take the furnace apart and figure out what had been replaced and then go to the supplier and find out how much the parts costs ourselves. Not only did they refuse to tell us which parts store they supposedly purchased the parts from but they told us that even if we figured out who it was; they doubted the company would tell us how much the parts costs. They also billed us for a bunch of hours; our tenants swear they were there for not even one quarter of that time. This company can't be trusted unless you want to pay over double what you actually owe.
