Terrible Tech Support

I have been working with Intuit's Homestead for a few months now. I am a professional fine art photographer. I first designed my own site and when I called and talked to the gentleman that had been helping me we discussed the fact that they could make my design more crisp and clean and professional. I had been very impressed with the support I had gotten so I agreed to the $600 amount to have them do this. From that moment on I have regretted it. The gentleman said that since I had all the info ready to go it could be done in approx 2 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago and it is still not complete. My designer will wait 5-7 days to respond to simple questions and there have been so many problems it has been a nightmare. I have worked with 2 supervisors who assure me that my website will be done. I have an email where my designer assures me that it will be ready by Aug 31 (today) I have a photo gallery showing with 500 business cards with this website on it. This morning I could see that when I went into the preview section that he had not done anything since atleast our Aug 17 conversation. So because of my complaint with a supervisor this morning evidentally he worked on it all day. I wrote several times during the day saying that I really would like to see it before the end of the day so if there was any tweeks we needed. At 6:30pm I received an email from him... Saying that I had 5 days to look at it... I immediately within 1 minute wrote back saying that my Intuit simple store was not on there. He simply put my phone number and email. Also I have about 20 links that go to my photography and facebook and a photo I have on the National Geographics website. They all open on the same page - we thouroughly discussed that they all needed to open in a new window. ANY webdesigner knows that. There are other problems I would have liked to discuss but of course there is no response. From him or the supervisor. I am extremely frustrated. I have used Intuit products for 15 years and truly believed it was a name that I could trust. Now I have an extremely negative opinion. I would like to know what I am to do about my launch that was suppose to take place in the morning that would go along with my gallery showing...
