This is my last try before I really start screaming in the social media. SEARS, Give me a fast, reasonable solution, please:
My washer bought in January stopped working early October under warranty. After 5 visits of your repair people, 20 hours over the phone, I was finally insulted by one of your store managers, called a liar, and thrown out of the store.
Every time we seem close to a solution (Sears has offered to replace the washer... 3 months ago), a new person tells me the opposite I was told before and we have to redo the whole process again. All I need is a working washer, more or less comparable to what we bought from your company.
Please do call me at your earliest convenience. Without a solution, I will have to work it up on your corporate ladder, or regrettably have to join the many, many complaining people. But I do have much better use of my time or money.By the way, talking about time and money, I am off to my 20th visit to the coin laundry.
