Consumer contracted to have an irongate installed with lock (s) and keysto match house key. Construction and installation of iron gate was completed but contractor was unable tocomplete contract with installation oflocks or key (s) and asked CONSUMER to have independent locksmith complete the contract for him for which a reimbursement would be forthcoming from contractor to consumer.
Consumer prepaid full amount of contract and after independent locksmith completed the work forwarded paid receipt from independent locksmith to contractor but did not receive full refundfor that workfrom contractor.
Iron gate required a follow-up repair within a month because it was ill-fitting and because it rusted. Contractor did not limit consumer as to cost of completing the contract for him and has now made an arbitrary decisiontorefundless than half the added cost incured by consumer. Rip off!
