Before I say anything, just to make you aware, Public Record for our case with the Attorney General is F66800E with Hidalgo County Master Court 1. It is public record, so you can go get a document for yourself to make sure I am not lying.
I am writing this report just to let you know the kind of person you might be dealing with from my own personal experience with David Mark Nittler of Nittler Appraisal and Consulting. I know if I am doing business with someone, or at least considering it, I would want to know what kind of person I would be dealing with really.
I am the mom of the child he does not claim. It is his firstborn child named Troy that is just turned twelve years old. David has never had a thing to do with this child of his. He could not pick my son out in a lineup. He was proven the biological father by the courts on Texas.
Where the real scandal is in my opinion, and I am sure for any of you with any kind of upbringing will find this scandalous, is the fact that he owes me and his son over $5,000 in back support. He lives in a beautiful home, has nice cars, and golfs and plays there in the Valley, but has not been paying his child support the way the courts have ordered him to for the past few years. He is self employed, now, so income can be hidden. Believe me, I suspect he is writing off a lot of things because when he was employed by someone as an appraiser, I was getting twice the amount of child support court ordered than what he is now supposed to be paying for his child. No one quits their job to become self employed to make half the money they were making. However, I suspect they would if they could hide income in tax write offs or under the table dealings. I have no proof of this, this is what I suspect, and you would too if over night someone left their job to make 50% less in this economy. Doesn't add up.
He has been managing, through the compadre white boy lawyers system in the Valley, to not do what he is supposed to do regarding his child support until I sick the real estate licensing people of Texas on him. He claims to have no money to pay his back child support of over $5,000, but when the day of court comes, he always manages to have an attorney he is paying for to represent him in court and all of the sudden has some money to put towards a lump sum (but only if I agree to write off some of the money he owes me in a credit). Now, I thought that lawyers cost money??? That $5,000 is what he owes now, but it was over $9,000 (because I have given him over $3,000 in credits). However, he is broke huh?
The state is bombarded with dead beat fathers, and David is just another one of them in my opinion. The only difference between him and the others is that he (does) have the money to pay for lawyers to either prolong the process or get out of it in a way only someone with money could. Regardless of how or why the courts are letting him get away with it, for now, is not the point. The point is, he is negating his responsibility to his child, but he is front and center every Sunday at church.
It is truly up to you to decide if you wish to do business with someone that is not paying what he owes to his first born. This is not slander if it is true. I have the court docs to prove how much he owes in back support. This kind of person in personal life is not someone I would be giving my business to personally. If you screw over your children, who else are you willing to screw over? That is the question I would be asking.
This is my personal experience with the owner of this company. Make your own decision.
