David Hoover hasn't paid child support in two and a half years. He only owes $30/week. The only money I have gotten from him was his with held income taxes: $220.
We just recently went to court and found that he owes me $3,500. As a result he decided he would rather pay an attorney than pay for his son.
Unfortunately, the courts have trouble with holding money from his paychecks because he has trouble holding onto a job.instead of seeing his son, he spends his time getting high and drinking with his buddies. I believe this year so far he has actually visited the court house (not for child support) more than he has visited his own son.
