Peter Panagakos landlord and owner of Dean Woods Place Apartment is a criminal, crook and a child molestor he rents he's apartments to low income people so he could take advantage of them once he came into my apartment without my knowlegde and tried to molest my liltle girl 12 yrs old after my liltle girl told me about it, I went to speak to him and of course he wont admit it the next day I received an eviction notice stating i owe rent but i have paid him in cash the whole time there. Do not rent from this place its run down and this dirty old white man is mentally insane.
