I've been having issues using the water division since November of this past year once they struck me having a $141 water bill. Never did I take advantage of that much water when I wasn't athome but outoftown looking after a family member. Neither did I've a trickle but all-they stated is pay or experience disconnection of water.in September I were able to spend 180.58 (including late charges) by that point water was disconnected. Named the water department. And asked then to reconnect the water and informed my buddy to become there. Never did they appear at that time they stated when they arrived remaining a card on doorway dated 7/21 “were not able to connect”, “registration on meter”. On 9/8 my friend went to the water sewer office and was told that the water would be reconnected that day between 5pm and 12 am. She waited for anyone to show up till 12:30 am, but no-show. Later at 1:41 A.M. Somebody named me that water could be reconnected by 3 A.M. I told them I had been outoftown and just why so overdue when somebody have been awaiting 7 ½ hours. With no show. They re assured me there is no requirement for anyone to be property for reconnection.
Following day my buddy discovers a card on doorway “Your meter continues to be mounted, however the water CAn't be switched on till somebody is home” demand visit. (telephone # provided a low-operating quantity). On Friday 9/12 I contact work and beg together to please re connect the water, again they didn't appear promptly they said. This time around my buddy quit an email about the doorway “Please reconnect water regardless of what”, and lastly water was linked.
In October they delivered a statement for $167.79 with 0 use of water. They declare whenever they test reconnection there's a cost of $30.00 and perhaps they are getting a $50 deposit. I've experimented with talk to them numerous events but all-they stated is they'd withhold the charge for 9/9 because of the period of just one: 41 A.M., they've not done that.
Water continues to be disconnected again, that will be really severe since I've to create my handicapped relative to reside with me. I'm retired with really low revenue and can't afford this statement.
