I'm being cheated by Columbia Residential and NWP Services Company. I shifted in to a completely new condo significantly less than annually old. First water bill $77. Next water bill $89. Next water bill $224. They declare the water and sewage price is metered. It's not since I've really been utilizing less water as well as switched the water down towards the bathroom. This will be illegal.
