Created a scheduled appointment online and was handed a two a time window. They named 3 times throughout the week to verify out appt. We waited 3 hours ultimately named the 800-number they set me on-hold to check on using the salesperson so when he returned online he explained the salesperson is working late and it has about 45 unitsapproximately quit at his present appointment and so I terminated the visit. No body has actually followed-up around at-all, no telephone call, no apology nothing... Seems like we were fortunate based on all of the grievances on below about empire carpet.
