I took my Chevy Equinox 6 month ago to repair drive shaft. They told me that they replaced bearing. 1 month ago, This car was not derivable. Drive shaft was making huge sound & I drove my car 5 Miles / hr.
But after I talked to my insurance company they towed my car to Chevy dealer. They had to replace my drive shaft. Cost me $1480. I asked Chevy the reason. They told me that Firestone installed drive shaft improperly. That made this damage.
I asked Firestone manager to reimburse my cost of this repair. They said manger wll cal me back. But they are ignoring me. Please help.
