Dear: Sir/Madam
I am writing this complaint of frustration for the following reasons;
It all began on 12/22 I contated your company at 800-726-7864 S/W katherine an went through the formalities of getting my copier replaced under warranty, after a week had passed I contacted your affilate company again to get tracking information on and found out the original request had not been processed. Once again I went through thesame steeps again with someone name bethany given the same order # 4007667235 and VPHE6BE3F9CC also on 12/30. I have made several other call after that in attempt to get as little as tracking information on my relpacement unit of the original unit purchased on 3-10 and all I can get is telephone passing from on section to another which I find to be very frustrating when our business is suffering as a result of a lack of copy access for which we replace a sharp unit with what we were told that Samsung is reliable company to purchase from. Please all I am asking for is simply to get us a replacement unit as we are in need of ASAP. I hope to hear from someone soon.
