I recently reported a problem with my Samsung phone, that I purchased signing with a phone carrier.
I called Samsung and not only was Customer Service Courteous and helpful, (a breath od fresh air), but she also offered a way to email a UPS shipping sticker to me to return my unit for service and I have been tracking the service through their website.
I was able to see without calling or waiting on hold they have shipped my repaired unit back and is in my local area!
It was traumatic not having my phone during the recent holidays, but their service helped, enough for me to recommend to my friend that he purchase a Samsung 32" LCD HDTV.
The only negative thing I would say is about their website, which can be a bit difficult for a novice...
