Pleased that the company was able to deliver quickly and on a Sunday. However, they refused to take packing boxes. The delivery people were not going to tell me. It was only when i noticed the boxes against my garage, they stated that the "company does not take the boxes back"
I called the store and Raphael re-stated same policy. I told him I did not buy boxes and it should be the company policy to remove them. Why should I have to dispose of them?
