My husband stopped by to talk to Bernie Shepard at Town Place Mobile Home Park, where my mother now lives. He asked Mr. Shepard if we could rent one of the new mobile homes he just moved in, or any other one. Mr. Shepard told my husband he would not rent us any mobile home because we had a teenager? That ended the conversation for fear of Mr. Shepard ranting, raving and cussing, as he always does because he is getting old and senile.
