In June I purchased a sofa from Treasures Furniture. I was told that delivery would take between 14/16 weeks, which should have been in October. Meanwhile, Treasures Furniture is holding up my large deposit, and I have "NOTHING IN RETURN!" After October passed, and then, November, and then December and still no delivery of my sofa, I draw the line. Its now January. I had to go through the holidays without a sofa in my home. I expect answers, I expect a higher degree of customer service, but get nothing but abusive neglect on the part of the sales staff. L regret having any business dealings with Treasures Furniture, especially tying up my money, and my time with such an unprofessional sales people who can't give me the right time of day. The sales staff have never contacted me all this time. I have had to contact them. I thought that they would have some answers for me but they never do, neither do they express any kind consideration for my situation. If seven months of waiting for a sofa to be produced isn't beyond disbelief, I don't know what is! I feel I've been more patient than they deserve, and far more considerate then they deserve. I should be compensated for the grief Ive been caused. I shall notify my attorney, next. I'm totally within my rights to take action!
