Hello!

I'd like to warn the community of a terrible carpenter / contractor / crook / liar / hack.

I recently was performing some temporary work as a Carpenter's Helper to a contractor performing work on a mountain home in Lee Hill Canyon, and have a concern that he is operating without a building permit or contractor license.

The Carpenter's name is Phillip Warzibluk, his phone number is 303.945.9114. His email is [email protected]. It is a one-man operation. The address of the project is 205 Sky Trail Road, Boulder, CO 80302. The owners names are Chris and Linda.

The project concerns a covered walkway leading from the garage to the main house to protect the couple from the harsh winter elements, about 100ft in length.

I have several concerns regarding the work being performed on the property.
