My agent told me about Tuscan Floors in McKinney Tx, letting me know that Zack Ab would deliver wonderful service for the multiple homes that I am having built. We decide to call the location and after repeated attempts to reach a live person we just gave up... This location has the worse customer service ever. I have never had a company disregard their phone calls. I am not even going to visit the location for that matter. He (they) just lost out on a big business deal because of their issues.

I do sincerely hope that this letter reaches the owner of this establishment. My name is Mr. Jordan Schielock and my company is building homes north approx 15-20 minutes of Mckinney Tx. We have approx 20 new starter homes being built on land out there through the bank.
My wonderful agent has recommended Tuscan Floors in the Frisco/McKinnery location however I have repeatedly called and called this location and was either hung up on or the person on the other line would listen and hang up.
