How home was built by Jim Walter homes, should I say more?! Nevertheless, there are rooms out of square, floors uneven, the foundation is incorrect, the siding is starting to sag (after 1yr). Just learned that my warrenties are no good due to the way they constructed my home, letting rain wet the floors for several days, the liste goes on, not to mention that they finances us at 11.5 %. Our payment is $1,100.00 on a home that was not much more than shell completetion. We put in out own cabinets, sinks, floor covering, painting and toilets.
