This place has the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. They will promise to call you back, but never will. A simple request that should take maybe two weeks has now gone over 5 months. I have pulled my phone records for the attorney to show when I have called them and they have never returned my calls. I go into the store and they promise to get my piece back to me and will call me, but never do. I brought a part to them to get another one made in a different metal, and they avoid me and cannot produce my piece back, let alone ever coming through with what I had requested. Stay away from this business at all costs.
