My Husband and I bought a nursery set from USA Baby (Hollywood, FL) from Sam (Owner of USA Baby Hollywood, FL). We received 1/2 the delivery within a few weeks or order. We were told by Sam that the remainder piece would take 2-3 months for delivery. My husband and I called approximately 3 months later inquiring about our missing piece. We were told that it was not available for 4-6 weeks (Spring time). We made several calls in the Summer (after Spring) and NEVER received a call back. My Husband and I drove an hour to the store to speak to them and try to get our missing piece delivered. The only response we got was "We never received any calls from you", "The piece is not available for shipping for 4-5 weeks". We are still pending the missing piece to date, and our son is almost 10 months.
The LEAST the could have done was compensate us for our gas, time and inconvenience by a store credit.
We are extremely dissatisfied with our purchase!
