My grandmother had a house built in 2006 by TCH and we had
problems pretty much from the get go. She was lied to, even directly to
her face by Mike. Everything this company tells you is a lie.
Mike came out to check out our complaints, which had been presented to TCH
well before this, and he assured us that these things would be fixed,
immediately. We had called TCH numerous times a day for months just to
get anyone to answer, and much longer to get anyone to come out. Mike,
or anyone for that matter, never returned our calls, answered our calls
our returned to fulfill the promised repairs. Now, of course, there's
no warranty coverage on their work and we have had to pay out of pocket
for the repairs.
The drywall work was absolutely sickening, the door
frames were completely off, the paint looked like it was done by a
child, and, among other things, the staircase leading to the back porch
fell off! We made all of these concerns known from the beginning, be
warned.
