I very mistakenly bought a Jeep at Mike Shad dealership on Phillips Hwy... Was made promises, promises, promises... Until I signed and gave them my truck (trade in) and money... Then they could care less... They have not done anything they have promised... I still do not have my cruise control, or the promised $600 to get it done elsewhere after trying to schedule and get it done at Mike Shad dealership failed... And it's been nearly 2 1/2 months...
I have the emails I sent them and copies of the ones they sent me... And if you ever think you want to be put off, lied to, tricked, abused by a car dealership... Just let me send you copies... You'll think twice!
I faxed, emailed, called them (Mike Shad dealerships all of them and AutoNation) NUMEROUS times. Before I finally (nearly 2 months) got an answer and then it was pretty much get lost nope, still don't have cruise control, or the money... It's a big joke with them.
Honestly women (and men too) stay away from the Mike Shad dealerships and AutoNation. Stay away unless you like to be jerked around, lied to, and ripped off.
