Improper installation and Defective product

28th June: We bought a carpet along with a Healthy Living mat for the family room, with Ruggeri contractors to do the job from Nancy.

13th July: Once The team came, they started the mat installation with no correct preparation function that accompany the installment as marketed and taken care of using the Healthy Living mat (antimicrobial pre-installment therapy). I approached Ruggeri via telephone as the contractors were still in the residence (I had been in Ireland at that time of the installment, my spouse was in the house), and talked with Dianne. She stated an operator might call. The team finished the mat installation with no correct preparation work, and completed adding the rug and remaining. My spouse observed two spots about the (white) rug.

15 July: 9:30pm - left voicemail at Ruggeri (I delivered from Ireland).

25th July: I named Ruggeri when I still hadnot noticed. Talked with Mark. John is there, he'll have him seek advice from Nancy when she gets in around midday. Quit my cell #. 2:50pm Nancy called me. She talked with John who provided $100 credit. He is absent before 8th August. I defined my demand: new team, fresh mat with correct preinstallation, and new rug. She'll talk to individual addressing for John but could need to watch for his return.

1st August 1:25pm: named Nancy for update. She stated Chris is arriving tomorrow and he or she'll contact me within the morning. 2:30pm Nancy called. Chris is suggesting to deliver same team back out, clear carpet, take it off, eliminate mat, do correct pad deploy and reinstall carpet.informed her number. She stated I Would need to watch for John on Monday 8 August. I said good.informed her we still have not experienced the area.

2nd August 10:45am Nancy named. They reordered rug with next Friday 12th July as install day. Won't be same mount group.

12th August 9:40am - same deploy group reached home to wash rug, take it off, deploy fresh mat with preparation work, and reinstall same carpet as eliminated.informed them-it is not that which was decided to. They named Ruggeri who informed them to depart. I named Nancy who called me to John. John contended with me that it had been his choice not to use a fresh rug as Nancy and Chris did not follow process, though he decided they did say I'd be obtaining a fresh rug having a diverse team. Following a hot dialogue, he declined to assist me further.
