Defective refridgerato

I bought a Fridgadaire Refridgerator from this company on 8/25/2011 and in less than two years the compressor is gone bad. I lost all of my food that is worth more than $300.00 in it and to date Brandsmart can resolve the problem nor give me a working fridge. At this point I am totally fedup and have no confidence in this Company. The unit is still under warranty and Brandsmart does not want to replace my fridge.
