This man needs to go to prison for the crimes he's committed against several home owners and renters of his properties in Palatine. He recently declared bankruptcy to stop the many people who are suing him from getting any money. The way you know he's lying is if his mouth is moving.
His homes are defective, and although they may appear aesthetically pleasing if you tear back the wall and foundation, prepare to be shocked over the many errors, and dangerous mistakes that were made in the construction of that home. If you find anything built to code, you'd be lucky.
Because he sat on some of the town's boards, he was able to use his influence to commit crimes against it's citizens and build shoddy cheap, dangerously inferior homes. Once confronted, know that he uses his wife Claudette, his adult children to hide his mistakes and puts everything in their names so no one can come after him.
Simply visit with anyone who has lived in any of his developments and ask anyone about his reputation. They'll point to the many families who are suing him. I guess I'm most disappointed in the town of Palatine for allowing such a demon to wreck the lives of innocent unsuspecting home owners. He has caused many a heart ache in Palatine and devastated families financially. I only wish some official will wake up and stop this monster.
