Fieldstone Family Homes was awarded the bid on our townhomes after the Memorial Day storms. Since we are under declarant control (MW Johnson), the "board" awared the contract to Fieldstone Family Homes. Fieldstone actually subcontracted all the work out. MW Johnson has been ordered to liquidate but they set themselves up with Fieldstone Family Homes and now have "ample" funds with the contract to repair storm damage.
