I purchased a sofa that literally fell apart. The fabric started to disintegrate. We have no children or pets. We are sr. Citizens and care for our belongings. After sending picture of the problem Bassett acknowledge the poor wear but refused to send a representative to inspect the sofa stating that the sofa exceeded the one year warranty, Even if the material is defective and exceeded the one year they refuse to inspect, service, repair or replace the defectve product they sold us. Is Basset a little less money than many other stores? Yes, bit it is not worth it. I strongly suggest staying away from Bassett Direct Stores,
P. S I worked in the depatment store industry for 4 decades. These guys haven't a clue how to service a customer.
